4. Order Processing

Orders are submitted for production after they are received and payment is confirmed.

Estimated processing time is approximately 7–9 business days, followed by an additional 3–5 business days for USPS delivery.

Total estimated delivery time is approximately 12–15 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges for incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or personal preferences are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when possible.

Eligible orders may qualify for a refund or replacement.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters production.

Orders are shipped through USPS after production, inspection, and packaging are complete.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
