Made-to-Order Products

All shirts and apparel are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
  • Changes of mind
  • Personal preferences regarding fit, color, or style
  • Accidental orders after production has begun

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Chaos Made Cozy Co. within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting me, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

I will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds & Replacements

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Because products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters production.

Once production has started, orders generally cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Delays

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided at checkout and in the shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
