Made-to-Order Products

All apparel from Chaos Made Cozy Co. is made to order. This means products are submitted for production after customers place their orders rather than being kept in stock.

Once production is complete, items are shipped to me for inspection, packaging, and preparation before being sent to you.

Processing Times

Please allow approximately 7–9 business days for order processing.

This includes production, shipping from my supplier to me, and preparing your order for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through USPS.

Estimated USPS delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Total estimated delivery time: 12–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Please remember that these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.

Shipping Delays

Although I do my best to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to production, supplier availability, weather, holidays, or USPS operations.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, I will do my best to keep you informed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location and contact USPS.
