Made-to-Order Purchases

At Chaos Made Cozy Co., all apparel is made to order. Products are submitted for production after an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, cancellation requests are subject to the order’s production status.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been submitted for production.

Once an order has entered production, cancellations or changes generally cannot be accommodated.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled.

Preorders

For products specifically offered as preorders, cancellation requests may be submitted before the order is sent to production.

Any applicable preorder deadlines or special conditions will be communicated during the ordering process.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your size, color, shipping address, or other order details, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will do my best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Once production has started, modifications may no longer be possible.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is approved before production begins, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible orders may qualify for a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
